Pre-Sales Questions
The product must be in their original conditions with tags not removed.
The return shipment charges will be paid by buyer.
The jackets are manufactured by our own manufacturing of RIGAS by HS just like original.
The estimated delivery timing is in between 10 to 15 days.
We're proud to be based in USA. We are an online based store.
In order to return the products. Some things must be assured.
1. Product not worn or used.
2. Tags are not removed.
3. Condition of the product is not damaged.
After assuring these conditions, return the item on (6430 Hidden Dale Ave
Orlando FL 32819. United States) and email us the tracking number at rigasbyhs110@gmail.com. We'll inspect the item after receiving and will initiate refund within 48 hours.
You can go through our size chart to know your size. Still if you have any problems regarding the size, no worries. You can leave us a message that you’re unsure about the size at rigasbyhs110@gmail.com or at inbox and our support agent will assist you in getting a perfectly fitted product.
We want to ensure satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 30 days of delivery. You can return or exchange Regular Orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your return will be processed within 48 hours.
Standard size orders can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Made-to-measure or other customized orders can only be returned for alteration.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.
